Child Policy

1. No charge for child under 7 years old sharing room with parents without extra bed (room only)        
2. Maximum 1 child per room                
3. Breakfast for child under 7 years is free of charge                
4. Breakfast for child 7-12 years will be charged    
5. ABF for child :USD6 per person per meal

Cancellation Policy (1 Nov 2007 to 31 Oct 2008)

Valid: 20 Dec 07 - 10 Jan 08 & 17- 21 Feb 08    
            
1 night cancellation fee will be charged if booking is canceled less than 17 days prior to arrival or no-show    

FESTIVE SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY:        
1. Four Faces Buddha 2007 : 8-11 Nov 07        
2. Christmas 2007 : 21-24 Dec 07    
3. New Year 2007 : 28-31 Dec 07                
4. Chinese New Year 2008 : 7-11 Feb 08        
Special cancellation policy will be applied for the above period
5. 100% of total booking will be charged if booking is canceled less than 10 days prior to arrival or no-show
